Purchasing courses

You can browse, review, purchase and enrol in Courses via the Website. Our organisation and the website is governed by the Terms and Conditions policy. If you proceed with an enrolment application for a Course, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and any policies referenced in or linked to these Terms.

These Terms and any associated policies may be varied at any time.

Fees and Payment

Attendees are required to pay the full course fee to secure their place in the course. Payment can be made via credit card using Visa, MasterCard and American Express or an invoice for payment can be requested.

Partner prices are only available to CODA Partners. Non-partners wishing to join can find out more about CODA’s Partner Program here.

Course Content

Attendees acknowledge that the course timings, and location are subject to change at the discretion of the course provider. In such cases, attendees will be notified in advance.

We may make minor changes to content, facilitators, education and timings without notice to you.

In the instance where a scheduled speaker becomes unavailable, CODA is committed to promptly securing a suitable replacement. Any adjustments to the lineup will be seamlessly managed without direct notification to attendees. Should an unforeseeable circumstance arise, such as sudden illness or personal commitments leading to a speaker’s withdrawal within 48 hours of the course, and a replacement cannot be arranged, attendees will be offered access to a subsequent webinar or recording focusing on the same topic at a later date, ensuring that the invaluable insights are still delivered.
